Registration Fee

*Registration entitles you to attend all scheduled sessions, including keynotes, breakout presentations, exhibition, refreshment breaks and luncheons.

*Online registration includes access to all the plenary presentations on Day 1 of the program including PPT files that are authorized for sharing by the speakers.

Note: Your registration is confirmed and valid only after full payment is received and processed by the OptiNet China Conference Secretariat. If you intend to pay on-site, there will be an additional 6.5% VAT surcharge. Only cash or credit card are accepted on-site, no cheques.

Terms & Conditions

  • The registration fee covers conference participation only and does not include accommodation, travel, or other incidental expenses.
  • The OptiNet China Conference Secretariat reserves the right to make adjustments to the program, including content, schedule, and speakers, as necessary to ensure the best possible experience for attendees.
  • In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural or man-made events, the OptiNet China Conference Secretariat may need to postpone, cancel, or relocate the conference. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to inform attendees promptly.
  • The contact information provided during registration may be used by the OptiNet China Conference Secretariat to share relevant updates about this and future fiber optical networking and communications events. This information may also be shared with event sponsors for relevant communications, unless you request otherwise.
  • By attending the conference, you acknowledge that photographs or video recordings may be taken by official conference representatives and may be used for legitimate promotional or documentation purposes.
  • We are committed to providing a professional, respectful, and welcoming environment for all participants. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves accordingly. The Secretariat reserves the right to remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
  • By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Attendees are responsible for reviewing this information and agree that the OptiNet China Conference Secretariat and its representatives will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or claims arising from an attendee’s own actions or omissions during the conference.

Cancellations & Substitutions

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the OptiNet China Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received on or before April 30, 2026 will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the registration fee. The remaining 50% will be retained to cover administrative costs and advance event commitments. Cancellations received from May 1, 2026 onwards are non-refundable under any circumstances. Substitutions of registered participants are permitted at no additional charge, provided that written notice is submitted and approved by the Secretariat prior to the conference. The Secretariat reserves the right to refuse or deny substitution requests that are incomplete or submitted too close to the event date.

China Visa Requirements

Participants are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable visa and entry requirements for travel to China. Participants attending conferences and meetings may generally apply for a tourist visa. Those requiring a business visa invitation letter must contact the OptiNet China Conference Secretariat. Invitation letters will be issued only to fully registered and paid participants. The Secretariat reserves the right to decline issuance of invitation letters where appropriate. The Secretariat is not responsible for visa approval, processing delays, or any associated costs, and registration fees will not be refunded in the event of visa refusal or delay.

Hotel Accommodation

Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation. For convenience, delegates may choose to stay at the five-star JW Marriott Beijing Central Hotel, the official conference hotel, which is located within close proximity of the conference venue. All hotel reservations are subject to the hotel’s own terms, conditions, availability, and cancellation policies. The OptiNet China Conference Secretariat assumes no responsibility for individual hotel reservations, changes, or cancellations.

Conference Language

Simultaneous interpretation between English and Putonghua is provided in selected sessions only. Please check the program for details.
