Speaker: Mrs Li Ailing, Deputy Director, Alcatel Shanghai Bell Access Network Division

Abstract
In order to solve the problem of “bandwidth-hungry” for bandwidth-intensive applications in China, service providers are looking for ways to accommodate this exploding demand for network capacity. “Copper to fiber” has already become the operators’ network development strategy. The question is how to bring fiber in the network, using the most cost-effective form factor (FTTN, FTTU, FTTB) – so as to deliver all services in the most economical way to the mass-market. “Fiber to the most economic point” is the key for network deployment. ALU, can provides various FTTx access solutions with scalable and durable technologies for different network circumstances so that the operators are capable to create more competitive network for enriching their service profile. ALU has developed full range of FTTx products which have been adopted by many famous global operators for FTTH deployment.
