Registration Fee

*Registration entitles you to attend all scheduled sessions, including keynotes, breakout presentations, exhibition, refreshment breaks and luncheons.

*Online registration includes access to all the plenary presentations on Day 1 of the program including PPT files that are authorized for sharing by the speakers.

Payment Methods

Please specify how you wish to settle the registration fee. An invoice will be emailed to you with instructions for making your payment.

Note: Your registration is confirmed and valid only after full payment is received and processed by the OptiNet China Conference Secretariat. If you intend to pay on-site, there will be an additional 6.5% VAT surcharge. Only cash or credit card are accepted on-site, no cheques.

Terms & Conditions

  • The registration fee does not include accommodation, travel or incidental costs.
  • The OptiNet China Conference Secretariat reserves the right to cancel or change the content, timing and speakers of the program without notice.
  • In the event of natural or man-made causes that are beyond our control, the OptiNet China Conference Secretariat reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event or change venue without incurring liability to attendees.
  • The information you provided in your registration form may be used to contact you about any future fiber optical networking and communications related events and/or may be shared with event sponsors unless you explicitly request otherwise.
  • Attendees agree to allow your photo or video to be taken on-site by the official photographer and to be used for any legitimate promotional purpose by the OptiNet China Conference Secretariat.
  • All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally. Any form of abusive behavior will result in ejection from the Conference without refund.
  • By registering to attend the OptiNet China Conference, all attendees agree to be bound by, and comply with, these Terms and Conditions. It is the attendee's responsibility to read and understand these Terms and Conditions. Attendees hereby also indemnify OptiNet China Conference Secretariat and agents against and holds it harmless from all or any loss or damage, injury, actions, proceedings or claims arising from any act or omission of the attendee during the course of the OptiNet China Conference.


Notice of cancellation must be made in writing. Where written cancellation is received on or before May 6, 2024, attendees will receive a refund of the amount paid less 50% administration costs. There will be no refund for cancellation May 7, 2024 onwards. Substitutions may be made at any time at no extra charge, subject to requests being received in writing and approved by the OptiNet China Conference Secretariat.

China Visa

Attendees are responsible for checking whether you need/have a valid visa for travel into China. Please note that for attending professional conferences and meetings, attendees may apply for a tourist visa. If however you plan to apply for a business visa and require an invitation letter, please contact the OptiNet China Conference Secretariat. Invitation letters are only issued to confirmed registrants.

Hotel Accommodation

Delegates may reserve a room at the five star JW Marriott Beijing Central Hotel and take advantage of the convenience being up close to all the conference sessions, meetings and activities. The JW Marriott Beijing Central Hotel also offers an ideal location in addition to luxurious amenities and great hospitality.

Conference Language

Simultaneous interpretation between English and Putonghua is provided in selected sessions only. Please check the program for details.
