Mrs Li Ailing, Deputy
Director, Alcatel Shanghai Bell Access Network
Division
Mrs. Li Ailing is the Deputy Director at
Access Network Division of Alcatel Shanghai Bell
to be responsible for Alcatel Shanghai Bell’s
broadband access business strategy and marketing
in China with his massive experience in telecom
industry.
Mrs. Li has joined Alcatel
Shanghai Bell since 1999. During her more than
10 years telecom career, she has taken various
roles like R&D engineer, product line manager,
Deputy Director of Triple Play Solution
Integration, Deputy Director of Business
Development and Marketing. She has made
remarkable contribution to DSL market share
enlargement and market position consolidation in
China for Alcatel.
Mrs. Li graduated from Xidian
University and holds the degree of Master degree
of telecommunication and electronic system.
Mr Chang Gang, Head of
Marketing and Strategic Planning, Ericsson
(China) Communications Company Ltd.
Chang Gang is the Head of Marketing and
Strategic Planning of Ericsson China.
Chang Gang
has fourteen years’ experience in the
telecommunications industry. He joined Ericsson
China in 1997 as product manager and has held
various roles in a number of areas including
marketing and product management. He was
appointed to be Director of Solutions in 2004,
and subsequently to the current position in
2008.
Mr Zhang Xiaobin, Head of BBA/IPT
BU, Nokia Siemens Networks Greater China
Mr. Zhang Xiaobin graduated from Beijing
University of Post & Telecommunications in 1984.
Mr. Zhang Xiaobin is now working at Nokia
Siemens Networks Great China Region by leading
the solution sales management of business unit
Broadband Access and IP Transport.
Mr. Zhang has been engaged in
telecommunication network field for many years
and with rich experiences and technical
know-how. Mr. Zhang has also been engaged in the
development of former Siemens Com solutions for
the network convergence, the new tech. and
business research, innovations, business
development as well as China telecom
standardization since 1998.
Mr. Zhang
Xiaobin is also the guest professor of BUPT, the
member of Network Tech. Committee of China
Communication Association and the member of
Expertise Consulting Committee of CCSA.
Mr Kevin Poon, Regional
Manager, PMC-Sierra
Kevin Poon was appointed to be regional
manager by PMC-Sierra, Inc. in May 2006. Prior
to that, he was the country manager of Passave,
Inc.. As a result of acquisition by PMC-Sierra,
Inc., he held his current position. He is mainly
responsible for business development in carriers
sector and R&D centers established by global
system manufacturers in China. He also looks
after sales in SE Asia region. Mr. Poon has had
very rich experience in networking industry. He
once held key positions in AT&T/Lucent and Zhone
covering China as well as Asia Pacific regions.
Most outstanding was his tenure to be Greater
China managing director in Ascend
Communications, Inc. during 1996 to 2000. He
expanded his organization from a single
individual to a team more than 50 and
successfully seized the leading market position
of remote access server and ATM/FR switches in
